General terms and conditions of business
The general conditions for the performance of services in the electrical and electronics industries, according to the Austrian Chamber of Commerce, shall apply.
On your behalf we will purchase/have purchased on the world market the goods you ordered. As a trading company, we cannot test the goods. We ask and urge you to test the goods immediately upon delivery and to notify any damages immediately. Otherwise we cannot take any responsibility for the goods.
It is agreed that claims for compensation (if any) for compensation of pecuniary damage, especially consequential damage and possible loss of profit, shall be limited to gross negligence and intention as well as to the value of the goods shown on the invoice.
Risks and hazards are transferred to you as buyer upon dispatch of the goods. We recommend to take precautions by taking out insurance. The goods will become your property only after you have fully paid the value of the goods to which we still hold title (retention of title). We explicitly prohibit further processing of the goods prior to complete payment. Processing of the goods will be authorized only after full payment has been received.
It is agreed that Austrian national law shall apply and that international commercial law shall be excluded for this legal transaction. The sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship shall be Vienna/Austria.
Micro Components Handels GmbH shall have no responsibility or liability for the content and functionality of any third party linked site.
